| Code of Conduct
Playing for the team, and for the team to win, is the most fundamental part of the game, but not winning at all cost. Fair play and respect for all others in the game is of great importance, and this Code sets out the standards the club expects from its players, parents of players and supporters. In registering the Player at Hampton FC the parents/guardians and the Player, agree to the following Code of Conduct.
- A safe environment in which the player can learn and develop their own sporting abilities
- Participation in football matches arranged or approved by the Peterborough Junior alliance, the
Peterborough and District Youth League and the Hunts. Football Association
- Trained, screened and qualified coaching staff *
- Facilities as determined by the rules and regulations governing junior football clubs, and of a standard which do not endanger the health and safety of the Player
- A Code of conduct and Rules by which players, parents and coaches are required to abide
- Child Protection, anti discrimination, and equal opportunity policies
- An undertaking that all times the welfare of the player will be given the highest priority
* This is a mandatory requirement of the FA Charter Standard. |
